Firstly, I placed an order on November 3rd, with the promise of extra-fast delivery within 2 days, for which I paid an additional fee. However, when I checked the estimated delivery date, it showed November 13th, a significant delay from what I had paid for and expected. To make matters worse, when I contacted DHL, the shipping company, I was informed that the merchant did not choose the 2-day shipping option for my order. This is a blatant misrepresentation of the service I paid for and an unacceptable breach of trust. It’s utterly infuriating to be charged extra for expedited delivery only to discover that the service was not even selected. Furthermore, the lack of transparency and communication from MrBeast.Store regarding this issue is unacceptable.
