You can install AMP for free, and you can stay on our free tier forever. You are not charged at any time unless you decide to upgrade and you finish your free upgraded plan trial (14 days).
If you upgrade for the first time, you will notice during the Shopify authorization phase (before you accept the plan upgrade) that you have a 14-day free trial, and Shopify shows you when your exact charge date will be.

If you do not see this "14 day free trial" notification, that means that you have previously upgraded AMP and no longer have access to a free trial. If you previously uninstalled AMP but have come back to see if it's right for you now, and want to try AMP out again, get in touch with our support team about your specific circumstance and we'll see if you qualify for another free trial!

If you finish your trial and continue with a paid plan, Shopify will show a charge on your next invoice. However, if you aren't satisfied for any reason, and you would like to uninstall AMP and receive a refund, let us know within 30 days and we'll happily refund your charge.
